Grand River AI ("we", "us", "our") operates grandriverai.ca (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our Site. GA4 collects anonymized data including: pages viewed, time spent on pages, approximate geographic location (city/region level), device type, browser, and referring source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Contact form data

When you email us at hello@grandriverai.ca or submit the lead magnet form, we collect the email address you provide. We use this to send you the requested resource and, if you opt in, to follow up about AI automation services.

Calendly data

When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. This data is processed by Calendly according to their privacy policy. We receive your name and email to prepare for the call.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide requested resources (e.g., the AI Readiness Checklist PDF)
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls and audits
